A common belief is this: all religions and belief systems are simply different paths to God. Is this a true statement? This is a critical question to answer properly. In fact, it is the most important question that an individual needs to answer in their own heart, soul, and mind.

It is interesting to note that Jesus never stated in any of His teachings, “I am a way to God.” Nor did He ever say He was one of many ways to God. His actual words were, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me” (John 14:6). There is total exclusivity in this claim, and He leaves us no middle ground. An individual must choose to either take Him at His word or reject Him as completely false.
